Which GPU for "Watch Dogs" Game?

Probably going to order a gtx 770 within a few days. I wanted to know if I should get 2gb or 4gb to be able to play Watch Dogs on ultra settings?

2GB is fine for it. 4GB would be helpful if you plan to play it in really high resolutions or on multi monitor setups.

just 1080p on 24". So 2GB?

Yes. On 1080p, definitely go 2 gb and will be smashing watch dogs once it gets released.
