I have a Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB ram
and im looking for a new potential upgrade from a RX570

im leaning towards a
RTX 2060
1660Ti
5600xt
my budget will be around 400-450 AUSTRALIAN dollars max
which one would be more suited for a ryzen 5 2600?

Solution
It depends on the game, heres a 12 games benchmark at 1080p and 1440p, it seems at 1080p the 5600XT and RTX 2060 are pretty close togheter (Avg. wise, of course one game can run better or worst on one of those cards). At 1440p it seems the RTX 2060 is a tiny bit faster.

In any case Ray Tracing although available for the RTX 2060, just don't hope for good performance if you enable it.

Do you want ray tracing or not? That is really the question.
The 5600xt is faster than the 2060 Super but doesn't have ray tracing. The lead over the 2060 super isn't that great. The 1660ti isn't really worth it unless considerably cheaper than the other two.

I'm using my sons 1070ti which is faster than the 1660ti. 1080p 60hz I barely notice the difference. between it and my rx 570 until I go from high to ultra settings.

All are a good match for your cpu.

the games i want to play are Cyberpunk 2077, Black ops Cold War all on 1080p high and ultra. would ray tracing be good over 60fps high-ultra on those games?

I don't think so. Look at Cyberpunk for example (RT-Refelctions+DLSS-Quality):

You may get a bit better performance if you enable DLSS - Performance mode in CP2077, but the game wont look that good then.

Cheers
