Also, you won't be able to buy a very good GPU with those system specs in general, you will almost certainly be bottlenecked.

I'd go with the 7750, very cheap card + it will perform a LOT better than the r7 240. I don't know your budget, but the 7750 is a very good budget card.

but my psu not have 6 pin or 2 4 pin connector i only have 1 4 pin connector so this card not work at my current system .i need internal power card

What is your budget? If you spend 30$ on a new PSU and 80$ on a new GPU you should be more than fine? What are you going to use it for? Because if you are planning on gaming ,the 7750 is the minimum I'd recommend.
