Which gpu is best for my PSU?

I currently have a Cooler Master 460W Extreme Power Plus (80mm fan) and was wondering which GPU would be able run this PSU without and problems and not damaging the system due to the GPU power draw. I also do not plan to overclock my CPU or GPU

My Specs Are:
I3- 2120
16gb ddr3 Memory
Cooler Master 460W Extreme Power Plus (80mm fan) (stated above)
Gt 240 (current gpu)
1 TB SATA HDD 7200 rpm
258 gb Flash SSD (boot)

I am looking to play current games such as Batman Arkham City and at 1920x1080 high settings...

Looking at some of the latest GPUs, I am tending towards the AMD cards such as the 7770 or 6850 since they require less power per power than the Nvidia cards

Personally im not the kind of person who buys last gen gpu's so no i would skip the 6870 and go with a 7770. Something like an Asus or sapphire

That being said, it should be sufficient for a system running a single HD6850 or a HD7770. The HD7770 has comparable performance to the HD6850 in some titles and lags behind in others. If I were to choose between the two I would balance price and title-specific game performance to decide which one to get.

It has sufficient power for an HD6850 but it is not a good quality PSU. If you've got a few spare dollars, then wait for the Corsair Builder Series CX430 goes on sale again...after rebate it's usually around $16-20 and it's a better quality PSU. If you can spare $60, then I'd pick up a Seasonic M12II-520 from Newegg; great deal right now and can take almost any single-GPU solution that you can throw at it.
 
Maybe nothing but there are bad possibilities like:
1. Bad quality power causing early wear and eventually early failure of PC components
2. High loads on the PSU could cause catastrophic failure of the PSU....and take other parts with it.
