and plz can tell which card can be installed in pc in above link

That's a workstation PC and it comes with a quadro GPU already (useless for gaming though).
That PC uses 4x 2gb of buffered drr2 ram, which is pretty old (ddr3 has been standard since several years and ddr4 is coming)
What's your budget? You could probably put anything in there, from titan, 780ti or 290x to really low end GPUs

Yep, you have a high wattage PSU and a decent CPU, you could pretty much put anything in there.

What kind of games are you planning on playing? What's your budget? What kind of graphics settings do you want those games to run on? How many FPS do you want to see in the games you play?

i want to play bf4,ghost,ac4,nfs rivals, crysis 3,mass effect 3 on atleast high settings on single monitor with max resolution of 1280*1024

Yeah you're looking at a R7 270x, 760, 770, or R9 280x.
Here's a benchmark for BF4:

On high settings most of those cards can run at pretty good FPS, the last two cards I listed can run on ultra with good FPS but cost a bit more, but the first two are decent priced cards that can handle BF4 on highest.
I personally wouldn't spend any less than 200$ for the particular games you're looking for. The 200-250$ range seems to be the sweet spot, I personally would go for the 270x and search around for the best deal. If you were willing to spend 300$, get a 280x, that's how much they're supposed to be sold at, but high demand is raising the price a bit.

actually i have a pretty good chance of getting a gtx 780 or hd 7970 what do you suggest about them like bottleneck or connection with psu of dell t7400 described in link:
