msi nvidia gtx 750 ti 2gb oc ddr5 or msi nvidia gtx 750 ti gaming 2gb oc ddr5
first card costs 130$ second card costs 145$

The gaming one is slightly better (higher core clocks when in OC mode), but the difference is pretty small; it's only 26MHz faster. It would also be cooler, but that's not much of an issue anyway as the 750ti uses very little power, and thus produces very little heat. I don't think the improvements are worth $15 more to be honest.
