Which GPU is better?

I need help for choosing a right low profile graphics card. I found two low profile graphics card and want to know which one should i buy.

The asus mini r7 360 2gb gddr5

Depends on what you want to use it for, but the r7 360 seems to passmark higher.

I am using it for gaming on atleast high settings and 30 fps or more like GTA 5

My specs are
Intel core 2 quad q6600 overclocked at 4,2 ghz
8gb ddr3 ram
500 gb hdd
1tb hdd
500 watt psu
please dont say just get a better one on something like ebay
I ONLY WANT LOW PROFILE GPU´S!

looks like the r7 is better. GTA5 is CPU intensive though, and that q6600 is the minimum for playing it. You'll probably have to set the game to 720p, if not all low settings

Wrong gt1030 is latest tech and its on par with R7 360, even its a bit faster in GTA5! AMD is so outdated so 64bit card is killing their 128bit one!
