Which GPU is better?

Hey guys, I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card, but I can't choose which one to purchase.

My specs are:

Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VH
Processor: Intel Pentium G4560 @ 3.50 ghz
RAM: 8GB of RAM 2400 mhz

Please help me choose which one to purchase because there's not a very significant difference in their prize.

Me personally would go for the Zotac

Palit is a good company, as is Zotac. I'd go with the Zotac though as it should be quieter with 2 fans. If one has a much better warranty though, I'd go with that one.
