Question Which GPU is better ?

So I got this old Amd Radeon HD 7000 series and I'm using an I5-6500 with integrated Intel HD Graphics 530, Should I just use the the integrated graphics on the i5 or is the Radeon HD 7000 series better ?

What model 7 series specifically?, just to get an idea.

I doubt HD 530 from your cpu be faster even compared to lower end of 7 series family.

I'm not sure myself when i searched up there's almost no information about it, the Hd 530 has more info that this but.

It's difficult to tell what model it is, going by the clock speeds it might be an AMD Radeon HD 7670. It's probably not going to be that much better than the integrated GPU.

Check it with GPU-Z instead.

CPU-Z doesn't give a lot info about gpus.
