Which GPU is the best choice?

It would also depend on your other gear, but the best ones on there are the 7870 or the 660. If you can find a good deal on either of those you'd be in good shape. The 7850 is a little cheaper but still a good gaming card and a good compromise if your budget doesn't quite make it for the other two.

The 650 is the outlier here and is much slower than the others. Normally it wouldn't be chosen for a gaming rig but is more a budget selection if your other components simply don't allow for the cost of the other choices.

I would get the

VTX3D X-Edition Radeon HD 7870 OC 2048MB GDDR5

or

EVGA SC GeForce GTX 660 OC 2048MB GDDR5

But it depends of you current config and witch brand you like more.

Although the radeon hd 7870 is a bit better than the gtx 660 on paper and benchmarks

If you can afford to spend around 180£, i recommend the 7870 tahiti le : http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/AMD+Radeon/Radeon+HD+7870+Tahiti+LE/PowerColor+PCS%2B+Myst.+Edition+Radeon+HD+7870+%28Tahiti+LE%29+OC+2048MB+GDDR5+PCI-Express+Graphics+Card+%2B+4+FREE+GAMES%21+?productId=54322

It comes with four games free and the card is a good card for 1080p gaming, it outperforms any standard 7870 or 660 gtx, it comes close to a 660 ti or 7950 for less, so it's a good value card in terms of £ per performance.

I plan to get an Intel I5 3570K, 8GB RAM and I havent completely decided on the motherboard yet

It's pretty much exactly the same as the other 7870, only the other one comes pre-overclocked. So it really comes down to if you want to do the overclock yourself and see if it's stable, just not bother and save a little cash, or just pay the difference an know that the overclock will be successful because the company has already tested it.
