What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age? I'd side with the RX6700 from that list.

Of those 4 the RX 6700 is the highest performing and has more VRAM. In addition to what was said above how much you're looking to spend can really have a pretty big impact even though they're all in the same general price area the 6650XT is the best $/perf with today's pricing in the US.

RX 6700 > rx 7600 > 6650 xt > 6600.
The 6700 is a no Brainer with the extra 2 gigs of vram. Some 6700 xt may go on sale and that would be even better.
