Which GPU should i add to this cheap build?

Hello,

I'm building a VERY cheap pc for my nephew.
The current specs are:

CASE: Spire coolbox F8
MOBO: ASrock n68-VS3 FX
CPU: Amd Athlon 2 X3 450
DVD DRIVE: Cheap ass sony one
HDD: Western digital scorpio black 320GB
RAM: 4GB 1333mhz
PSU: Spire 400W something

Now i'm on 200 euro without shipping

Now i need to add a GPU, I want it to play skyrim at low/medium 720p with a minimal framerate of 30.
MW2, MW3 and BLOPS 2 at medium/low 720p with a minimal framerate of 30.
And minecraft maxed with a framerate of above 30.

It needs to be the cheapest one that can run those games listed above.

+ Does this system work? I never build a pc before. I replaced a cpu and almost every part of a pc once so i know how to build it but does this system above work?

bad choice of cpu and motherboard, will get lower than 30 fps just because of that.
That psu will blow up just by putting it in the same proximity of any vid card, dont cheap out on the psu, get a reloable trusted brand like seasonic, antec, corsair. 4gb ram not really enough either.
I would suggest intel g860 http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/189?vs=404 take a look at that chart, particularly the gaming benchmarks, its MUCH faster than the athlon, and very cheap. Pair that with a cheap motherboard like Asrock B75, 8gb ram, a decent 400w+ psu of good brand and a 7770 or 7850 and your sweet.
