Hi i want to buy a 1000$ gaming pc and i currently bought this:
i5 3570k processor
CM storm enforcer case
XFX 650watt modular PSU
Cooler Master 212 evo cpu cooler
cheap asus dvd rom
seagate barracuda 1 tb 7200 hdd
corsair vengeance 8 gb 1600 mhz ram
MSI Z77A-GD55, Socket-1155 motherboard

I want to use about 200-220$ on the GPU i could maybe stretch myself up to
250-300$ range but i am absolutely not going higher than 300$.
So if my max price would be 300$ there are two cards that i am interested in:
660ti and 7950
so which one of these is better and if you have made your choice can you please tell me the best manufacturer that makes the GPU for example EVGA or XFX and tell me the pros and cons of both cards and please don't write for example that the 660ti is the best without saying why.

Games that you'll play ?
You can find a cheap 660 ti(it's a good one) : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162120

The 660 ti is as good as the 7950 and it draws less power(you can do a SLI setup with two 660 ti with that psu and motherboard), you can find several recent reviews that shows it.
But if you want an amd gpu and you want the two games that the amd gpus offers, there's the 7870 XT(a cut down 7950, but performs almost as a 7950) : http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-Express-Graphics-11199-20-20G/dp/B00AWKYB1M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1363370177&sr=8-1&keywords=7870+xt

I want to have SLI or Crossfire because games are becoming more and more demanding.
Even now there are games like crysis 3 that only get 30 fps on ultra with a 660ti.
But are you sure that i can't crossfire 7950 with my psu?

I'm not saying that you can't, but it will draw more power, two 7950 over two 660 ti.
See here psu recommendations for cards : http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

Also the 660 ti for now is cheaper.
Some interesting read/benchs for you :
