Which GPU should i get/need?

So this is my build:

But now I'm a bit unsure about which GPU. THe nature pf the build is a bit of an experiment aiming to run CS GO preferably 1080p 60+ fps, borderlands, gmod etc. and my budget is <£30. I have got roughly four options that I can think of:
HD 7770 1gb - £32
HD 7850 1gb - £30
Gforce GTX 650 ti boost 2gb - around £30 if I'm lucky on ebay (is this one overkill, and should I be looking at any other GTX's?)
HD 7790 2gb - £25

Yeah, i had sort of reached that conclusion, but I'm just a bit unsure as to whether the extra gb of ram on the 7790 will make any significant difference, Thank you for responding so swiftly

If your main purpose is to play cs go and nothing else then the extra gb won't help, cs go has a minimum of 256mb of vid ram so you ar ok
