Both are Great. Go with whichever you like or whichever is cheaper. I personally like EVGA because of the ACX cooler and excellent customer support.

EVGA one has about 70 mhz higher clock and is a great company. Asus is known for good stuff too though.

The Asus has a lower clock speed. I agree on the 'cheaper is better' ideology though.
