Which GPU should I get?

Ok so I finally finished everything and started my computer with my old 6570 ( I know don't say anything). I am on a budget so im looking for a card that is around 150 (the most I can go is 160). I was thinking of evga gtx 750 ti ftw (149.99 on newegg) but then I went on ebay and saw a refurbished (by MSI) r9 270 for 135 dollars (only one left). So so I want to know what should I pick. I have an fx 6300 and asus le r.2 (dont remember the correct name but im sure you know).I want to play games like moded skyrim, need for speed, and the arkham knight/origins. Will you also need a new power supply? Add that into your budget. The R9 270 is a bit better than the 750ti

I would advise against getting any refurbished video card. When buying new hardware, new is pretty much always the way to go.

Ok so I have a 600 watt power supply and I think that it is good enough. Also the xfx seems legit but its just that I heard good things about msi and evga but just found out about xfx today.

XFX only does AMD gpus, not surprising you haven't heard of them. Don't worry though, they can be trusted. MSI and Evga are great, but you can't go wrong with xfx either.
