Which GPU should I get?

I can either get two R9 280X's or 1 R9 290X or one GTX 780! What should I get out of these 3?

If you have enough PSU, get the 290X now and add a 2nd one when it can't keep up with newer games.
But for instant gratification, 2 x 280X will be the fastest.
