Which GPU should I get

Hello,

I've recently upgraded my PC, everything but the graphics card, and need help deciding which GPU I should buy.


APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This week (the closer the better)

BUDGET RANGE: $600-700

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming and web browsing.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: 1000W EVGA supernova

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: i7 6700k, 1000W PSU and 16GB RAM

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg and Amazon

PARTS PREFERENCES: Nvidia

OVERCLOCKING: Yes / No / Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Will overclock, NO SLI

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080 (Getting a 4k monitor)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I current GPU is an Evga 970 SCC and I've been waiting for the EVGA 1080 classy but don't want to wait any longer, I'm wondering If I should go for the Asus STRIX or the Evga FTW. (Or any other 1080)

I would get the EVGA 1080 FTW, just in case the 1080 Ti comes out within the next 90 days. Then you could use the step-up program.

Yeah, that'd probably be my best bet.
BONUS: The Evga 1080 FTW goes out of stock so fast that I probably won't get one within the 90 days. lol
