Question Which GPU should I get?

I plan on upgrading to the Ryzen 5 3600 or whatever is Ryzen 3rd Gen. And I'm also looking for a GPU upgrade. I currently have a XFX RX580 8gb, and I'm looking for a GPU that will be able to do 1080P Max/High 100+fps. I plan on getting a 144hz monitor so I'll be able to actually see my GPUs potential. I'm just not sure which route I should go. Price range is ~$400 and I don't mind going Nvidia route I'm all options

might just as well wait until ryzen 3600 is out. might be new gpu by then
