So my Asus Turbo GTX 1080ti 11G is unfortunately dying and i'm thinking about replacing it with a new gpu, the thing is i can't decide which one to go for to keep the performance as it is.

I got 2 options atm, the MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER Ventus OC 8G and the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Windforce 8GB 3X OC.

Here in portugal the prices atm are around 764.90€ for the MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER Ventus OC 8G and 569.90€ for the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Windforce 8GB 3X OC.

Which one should i go for?

Depends. What's your current CPU? Gotta avoid bottlenecks!
What resolution do you plan to play at? 1080p, you can just pick up 2070S as it will give you 144 Frames in most games so going up to 2080S is just a luxury since you're meeting your 144Hz refresh rate requirements.

4K? Yeah 2080S is where Stable 4K 60 FPS is at.

I would either wait for the RTX 30 Series/AMD's RDNA 2 GPUs, or go for a 2070 Super in this day and age. Investing more than the 2070 Super price, at this time, is not worth it.
