Which GPU should I take for the money?

I've talked with a few people in another thread about a better build than what I had. It was a success for the budget I have but a slight problem. I need a good graphics card that's at least around $150-200 CANADIAN to achieve my budget. I'm going to use a Core i3 6100 and do you guys think its a good enough processor to run GTA V?

Edit: Should I use EVGA 950 SSC ACX 2.0 or EVGA 750 Ti SC or something else on your guys' mind?

i would get the gtx 950...newer is generally better. As for the CPU...for gaming in this day and age you really need a quad core or better. It will work but you will feel the pinch in games like GTA V or other CPU heavy games.

what quad core processor would you reccommend thats intel? I have an intel MB by the way so I cant use AMD
