I want to buy a new pc but I don't know which GPU to buy (GTX 1080 ti vs RTX 2080 vs RTX 2080 ti).
My monitor is 1440p with 144hz, my pc will be with these specs (I'm not interested in changing them to something better or changing them at all):

Intel Core i7 8700K 3.7Ghz 12MB
Asus ROG STRIX Z370-I GAMING
HyperX FURY Black 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz

Which GPU should I buy with a decent gaming performance?

Solution
I have a GTX 1080 running on a 1440p 144hz monitor, and haven't had to decrease settings from max on a single game yet. (Far Cry 5, PUBG, Forza 7, Asseto Corsa)
A 1080ti or 2080 ti will definitely give you more performance, especially down the line but for AAA single player games having a locked 144hz isn't really needed and for demanding mainstream games like PUBG, GTA, Fortnite etc. you could get away with a 1070 ti or 1070 and still hit 144 fps.

Edit: Just realized you're pairing it with a 8700k, if you balled out on the best gaming processor you might as well go all in and get a 1080 ti or higher.
