which gpu to buy? gaming at 720p

The 750ti is more than enough @ 720. What games are you trying to play and what are your system specs?

I would go with an older top tier card. Something that wont take up too much vram while playing. I would go with a gtx 670 or a gtx 580... those should only run you around $80 for the 580 and $120 for the 670

all you stated are good cards and it depends on your choice if you want cooler buy the 2 fans versions

or
the gtx 760 if you plan on upgrading your cpu and ram sometime soon
