Hello i have asked many questions about gpus on tomshardware sorry for so many questions but here is a BIG/FINAL question which gpu i should buy? I am looking to upgrade from my 7850 2gbs and want to play future games around high settings getting 40-50+ fps and my cpu is fx6300 at stock speeds (3.5 ghz.). Another thing my budget here is 400$. Here are the choices:
1. R9 280x Sapphire
2. Gtx 960
3. r9 300 series (idk which one plz help me with this one)
4. GTX 970 ( I know about the 3.5 ghz of my cpu cant handle unless I OC)
5. R9 290
So those are my choices and i will upgrade my psu to this: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-Crossfire-Warranty-110-B2-0750-VR/dp/B00KFAFRW6/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1436077789&sr=1-1&keywords=evga+psu+750+b2 plz help me to choose which one will be best for my gaming experience.

Solution
it's between the 970 and r9 390 (290) whichever you find cheaper, with that psu you don't need to worry about the radeon's power draw.

edit: they are on a different league compared to 960 / 280. order is:

960 ~ r9 280 (380) < 280x (380x) < 970 ~ 290 (390) < 290x (390x)

the 300 series you're sure to get a better cooler compared to the 200 series
