Im also leaning towards 4k and also next month im buying new monitor and i would like to know if someone know the chepasest website in europe for these parts. Already know for amazon.de...

Don't, not now dude, mining craze
beyond 1050ti and below 1080ti are all affected, u will got either overprice / out of stock, i suggest either u wait for Vega / all out on the high-end instead
your Water cooler is still pretty good, many people still recommending that
if u looking for the best price, usually Galax & Zotac brand had the best price (at least in my region) but for the best cooling solution, MSI and Asus seems to be the top contender
your PSU is fine (even thought it's a tier 3) 750w is way more than enough for your system.
whether a GPU fits or not usually depends on your case, check the space before u buy a GPU

You won't be able to game at 4k with any of those 2 cards. Since Mid-range video cards are so expensive do to Mining I would recommend you to get no lees than a GTX 1080. With a Single GTX 1080 or a GTX 980 Ti you can play games at 4k around 30fps, for more than 60fps you'll need a GTX 1080 Ti, 2 GTX 1080, 2 GTX 980 Ti's or 2 gtx 1070's.

Ty my case is really big so that wont be a problem

at the very least, till Vega release (since it can be a substitute for 1070) but beyond that, no one can tell, if the new gen GPU turns out to be good enough for mining, the craze might last longer, except! if the manufacterer create a great GPU meant for mining, people might start to sell their gaming GPU and switch to the mining GPU instead, but we still can't be sure

We don’t have, for instance, an exact date on which the Vega GPUs will be released should be here soon like later this month (maybe)

Like I said We don’t have, for instance, an exact date on which the Vega GPUs will be released should be here soon like later this month (maybe) so you should wait at list till the end of this month. That way you may get to save some money.

U guys really think i wont be able to play on 4k with this one? I think i would get solid 50-60 fps... i also plan buying 16gb ram.
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01GRCYTMY/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=

If 1070 isnt enought for 4k what should i choose between these two?
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01IOPQ1VO/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=

Prices are really insane i mean wtf are they thinking i cant find any cheaper website in europe i remember 3 years ago there was german site hardwareeversand which had cheapest prices but now i cant seem to find any website. I would really apreciate if someone know any website in europe.

won't exactly say can't
as a 4k res GPU mean that GPU can handle 4k@60fps with high settings or more, so in a way, u actually can. but why play 4k on low settings? i mean, it's obviously better to just lower the resolution to 1440p and play in high / even max settings, i personally enjoy that much more than playing on higher resolution with lower settings (though i haven't even reach 1080p gaming :()

Good point. What if i told u that for past 10 years i still play on old fat monitor with 85hz and not expiriencing full hd at all anyway lets say i dont want to go for 4k which card among 1060 would u choose?

since i don't have too much money, i usually chose the cheapest brand, like Zotac / Galax, but since u're asking between Asus or MSI, i rather go with MSI, i dig the model, it's cheaper, and personally, 3-fan GTX 1060 is not my thing, of course 3-fan means more OC headroom, but since im not really a OC enthusiast (though i occasionally OC my GPU) i don't need it

but, as i say, it's still way too expensive for now, better wait. those card used to be under 300$...

Asus and MSI are both good brands and nothing wrong with ZOTAC they are not really cheaper, only with the low end cards. I have the ZOTAC 980Ti AMP Extreme and is a great card, it was actually more expensive than most cards in that segment. With a single GTX 1070 you will be able to play @ 2k resolution.

At least in my country they are cheaper, as I said, I don't have lots of money so I tend to get the cheapest brand, even till now, i never had anything higher than Pentium, while for the GPU, I just barely manage to upgrade to 1050ti

For example here in USA if you check prices for the GTX 1080 Ti, MSI, Gigabyte and EVGA are cheaper now than ZOTAC

https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=GTX+1080++TI&N=-1&isNodeId=1

Happiness of living in USA I guess, in Indonesia, those brand are like some sort of high-class sh*t so they raise the cost a lot more than the other, a MSI 1080ti gaming x can cost almost 200$ more than zotac's AMP extreme 1080ti

That's crazy

@OP here's some update
1070 price are so volatile that it almost reach GTX 1080, so if u're planning on getting a 1070, i suggest u spend a little more and get the 1080 instead, it'll hold out on 4k@ bout 40-50 fps on high settings (if u're interested in going 4k later on)
