Which GPU To Choose???

I would go with the 650 ti, but they are pretty similar cards. The 7790 has slightly higher clock speeds while the 650 ti has a higher pixel rate and better at texture mapping. Also the 650 ti is slightly cheaper depending on where you buy it from.
