Solution
You have a 1070 currently? Personally, I wouldn't upgrade to a 1070TI, 1080 nor Vega56 from a 1070.... There's certainly gains to be had, but not likely to be proportionate to the cost.

A 1070 should be plenty capable for 144Hz in most e-sports titles, and >60FPS in most AAA titles at high settings.... Depending on the title in question, the R3 1200 may be more of an issue than the GPU.

What kind of results do you see currently? Are you monitoring CPU/GPU usage in-game?

Ah, ok.
If you don't have a 1070 currently, that changes things.

What kind of prices are you seeing on the cards listed? Are they new or used?

I would suspect a 1660Super would be adequate for what you want too, if you're looking at new cards...

Wow, that's a tough decision...

A 1080 would be nice, but the Turbo/blower cooler let's the cheap one down.
Still a 1080, albeit a loud/hot 1080...

Personally, of the options & at the prices quoted, I'd say only the 1080 Turbo, Vega56 and Aorus 1080 are priced well relative to the other cards....and any of those would represent a good bang for the buck...

If you could score either the Strix or Titanium 1070TIs for around $225, then they'd probably be what I'd opt for, personally.
