Which GPU to get

Hey guys i am a new comer to pc making and I have been contemplating on using one is these GPU to get. I'm thinking of getting either the Asus r9 290x, Asus GTX 780 or the Asus Poseidon GTX780. I'm going to be using this pc for medium to heavy gaming, medium work station use and some every day use. I don't know if these are the right choice, so if someone could help in telling me which one to choose. If you can please recommend he a GPU in the same price range and same range of performance.

290x, I wouldnt buy an asus graphics card but thats jut my opinion, 290x will probably serve you just fine.

Get the Gigabyte R9 290 or the Asus GTX780 - not Poseidon.

Make sure it'll fit in your case and that your power supply can run it.

From the above list, I can recommend the Poseidon GTX 780 from ASUS because it is the best hybrid air/water cooled graphics card.

If the temps are maintained well enough, then the games will be butter-smooth.

If you are still thinking about more cards, read the following list -

> R9 270X MSI

> R9 280X MSI

> GTX 770 MSI

> R9 295x2

Apparently, MSI provides a better overclocked graphic card when compared to others.

al the gpu you have mentioned are top most gpus available in the market today ...... what psu & cpu do you have ???

A very nice configuration.

As said before, Asus Poseidon GTX 780 would play good for your PC. If you want to look over AMD products, then it's better to go with R9 295x2/290.

OK - you'll need a matching psu to go with your gpu.

The money for a Poseidon should get you close to a Gigabyte GTX 780Ti.
