[SOLVED] Which GPU to go for in my situation?

Been looking at so many options on the used market here in finland.

Gonna be using it for 1080p gaming at ultra graphics for a couple months. At christmas time i plan to sell it for as much as possible.

Here is my current system:

Got everything except the GPU

I'm hunting everyday for deals, messaging sellers, trying to get the best deals.

Price ranges right now (used):

NVIDIA cards:
1060 6gb, 100-120€
1070, 160-200€
1070 ti, 230-260€
1080, 260-290€
2070, 300-350€

AMD cards:
rx vega 56, 180-220€
rx vega 64, 250€
rx 5600 xt, 260€
rx 5700, 300€
rx 5700 xt, 400€

Bear in mind i can negotiate the prices and probably get 20-50e off the prices.

Budget wise i kinda don't have one BUT i'ts the value that matters as i'm gonna resell it in a couple of months

ps. The used market website is Tori.fi (everything is in finnish but it's easy to translate/ search for parts

Any help/advice is greatly appreiated!

Update (1): I'm not against buying new cards, that is also an option but I just think used cards right now offer much better value, atleast for 1080p gaming.

I'd say a 1060 6GB or 5600XT will be plenty.

however the 1060s are very likely used mining cards and worn out, so 1070 is what I'd get.

I'm still running a 1070ti for 2k gaming. It runs everything 60+fps atleast on high or ultra settings.
Most games I'm getting over 100. So I'd recommend that if you're planning on selling this machine at a later point.

Should be plenty yes but since i'm gonna resell it it doesnt really matter which card is best for me but the value of the card in 2-3 months

anything above that you feel is worth paying, then. In 2-3 months (around/after Christmas), with Zen 3, Big Navi out and RTX 3000 supply issues fixed, there won't be a huge amount of value in this system with any of those cards. maybe the 2070 for RTX?

I was thinking that probably the 2070 for like about 300e but then again a 1070 for like 150e doesn't sound to bad. What should i do here

basically the 1070 is plenty of card for 1080p. it or anything better will be great

the 2070 might have a bit more lifespan if more games start using Ray Tracing.
