Which GPU to pick?

So basically i want to buy one of the two following GPUs.. should i buy

MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming 4GB PhysX
with higher everything (almost)
or
ASUS GeForce GTX 780 3GB PhysX CUDA
with higher memory bus width
