i have 460w cooler master psu and i want to upgrade my gpu ,so which gpu will fit 460w psu.
i want to go for gtx660 but it require 450 min.

It is not recommended if you choose that card. You should pick one which min requirement <=400W.

650ti requires 400w but it is best for crysis 3??

Yes this card can run crysis 3 well in medium to high setting , but it also depend on your CPU too...

Change psu to corsair,antec or seasonic one as cooler master psu is not good.

Anyway if u can, go upgrade your power supply like ASHISH65 said.

You're just fine to run a GTX 660 on that PSU. It's not the highest quality PSU but when Nvidia recommends a 450w PSU they mean that it will run on an average quality 450w PSU. It's only going to end up pulling ~300w from the wall, and that's AC; PSUs are DC rated.

actually smps is only 4 month old so i cant buy new smps.thats the reason i have started the topic.if i can change my psu i would rather take gtx670 or higher.

Ok,

I forget to tell u something. If u want GTX 660 plz make sure u have 2x 6pin Connector.
Maybe in 460w PSU only come with 1x6pin anyway, so your choice will be gtx 650ti.
