I forget to tell u something. If u want GTX 660 plz make sure u have 2x 6pin Connector.
Maybe in 460w PSU only come with 1x6pin anyway, so your choice will be gtx 650ti.
You're just fine to run a GTX 660 on that PSU. It's not the highest quality PSU but when Nvidia recommends a 450w PSU they mean that it will run on an average quality 450w PSU. It's only going to end up pulling ~300w from the wall, and that's AC; PSUs are DC rated.
actually smps is only 4 month old so i cant buy new smps.thats the reason i have started the topic.if i can change my psu i would rather take gtx670 or higher.
