Solution
Please tell according to performance.
Any TI = any other TI, within miniscule % differences.
The differences are within factory overclocks, or slightly beefier coolers - with any two fan solution being plenty for the GPU in question.

How about you provide a budget & a location?

In the US, for example, a lot of those cards sit right around $280-300 USD.
For $310 you could pick up a 2060 KO, which will net you at least ~10% improvements in most games,

The units are all in the same performance category, differing only in the extent of the factory overclock.
You are unlikely to detect any difference without a synthetic benchmark.
It comes down to if you favor gigabyte or msi as a vendor.
Personally, I favor EVGA for the good support and warranty.
