All parts i'm gonna get for my build are below except the GPU. What would be the best option for the GPU. I mostly play games like World of Warcraft, League of Legends, and I will be playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare when it comes out. I plan on doing a little bit of streaming mostly for fun nothing serious. Otherwise it would just be for everyday use.

Would it be best to save $100 and get the 5700 XT or just spend the extra $100 and get the 2070 Super

You mostly pay 100$ more for RTX and DLSS. Do you believe that you need them? Then take the 2070 Super. As a RTX 2080 owner i find them pointless. Maybe in the next or two generation will be good but right now no. Low amount of games support them , dlss make the games really blury just for 10fps more and RTX will kill your performance. My opinion you better take the 5700XT and keep that 100$ or invest them to a better CPU like 3700X because this CPU will be better for streaming , gaming and more future proof.

I feel as if you needed help with this you could have started a new thread, however it SHOULD be compatible as it seems as if you've done some upgrades to it previously. But without knowing the exact motherboard i cannot confirm 100% whether it will be.
