which gpu would be better

Trying to figure out which video card to get for my 2nd system.

I don't really wanna overspend nor am I really concerned about the warranty or anything like that. I'm looking at these used cards currently.

Most expensive cards.
Gtx 1060 3GB
RX 480 8GB
Gtx 970
Less expensive.
rx 290x
1050 ti
GTX 680
GTX 780


Not sure which one I should get in terms of value and performance.

Out of the top 3, 1060 is better.

Bottom 3, R9 290X is better

Out of all of them, 290x is better than the 1060 by a little bit

290x should be the best from all of those but it also consumes quite a lot more power and older.
Older cards should have issues for newer games since they did not receive proper driver update anymore.
If it is still possible, I would pick GTX1060 or RX480

for AAA games

the gtx 1050ti is a 1080p@50-60fps card that will give you med/high settings.
the 1060 will give you 1080p@60fps high/ultra detail
I don't have experience with the other cards.
