Question Which GPU?

Hey, I'm looking for some advice.

So I'm building a new pc, it's gonna be itx, have a ryzen (probably some 6 core variant) etc etc. But I have really been torn on what gpu to get. I could go balls to the wall and get a vega 64 for only 260€ but my friend suggest that I don't need something like that as I don't play that many demanding games and suggest that I get an RX card (they're going for really good prices where I'm from, 570s and 480s for less than 100€), but I'd also like for this pc to last me as long as my older one (fx system, 600 series nvidia, built around 2013). So what GPU should I get? I just want to get a 2nd opinion.
GPUs and their prices in my country (used)
Vega 64 260€
Vega 56 200€
GTX 1070 200€
GTX 1060 6GB 150€ (and sometimes lower)
RX 580 140€ (and sometimes lower)
RX 570, 480, 470 under 100€

Will you be waiting until July 7 to build with Ryzen 3xxx CPU? These will be announced May 27th along with AMD Navi GPUs

Resolution and refresh rate of monitor (or just monitor brand/model#)
No I won't,

Current monitor is a Samsung 60hz 1050p monitor, but I am planning on getting a 1440p one soon

Agree with your friend, its what I did too. So far I'm happy with the 580.

If you don't play demanding games, as I don't... save the money.
