I have 4gb ddr2 RAM,ddr2 MB also,500w 80+bronze,intel core 2quad q9300.Should I buy Rx 470 4gb or Rx 550 2 gb.I don't think on some hardcore gaming.I am gonna play PUBG,LOL,CS:GO...

Whatever is cheaper, both are way overpowered for what that CPU can handle. If you are going to play online such a slow CPU could end up being a handicap.
