I have a Gigabyte H81M-S motherboard....

Which graphics cards will fit in my motherboard????
And does a card of PCI e 3.0× 16 fit in the PCI e2.0×16 slot??
Does it affect on performance????

All PCIe 3.0 cards will fit in your PCIe 2.0 slot. The only cards that are affected by the lower bandwidth of the PCIe 2.0 are the GTX 1080 Ti and up. And even the 1080 Ti only suffers like 1%.
