Question Which GPUs would you recommend to pair with a 7600X for gaming at 1440p and 4K for some titles, recording, video editing, and graphic design?

I am currently considering between the RTX 3060 12 GB and RX Radeon 6700 XT 12 GB. I heard in terms of raw performance in gaming that the 6700 XT is way better, but for other productive tasks the 3060 is more efficient. I plan to video edit and livestream maybe try to learn to use 3d programs like blender. What do you guys think? If you have any more options please feel free to tell me.

I've actually heard a lot of praises coming from Team Reds' 6700XT yet I'm not a fan of AMD or anything Team Red related besides Console APUs. Are you more of an Nvidia Fan or AMD Fan cuz both are great cards for their flagged pricings.
