With the current PSU that you have, you would only be able to support like a GTX 750ti up to a GTX 1060.

I recommend upgrading your CPU next as it will be holding you back.

Does your psu have a 6+2 pin aux power cable?
If so, for a 400w psu, a GTX1660 super would be about it.
