yes my monitor has VGA and i want to use it for gaming.

GT 750 low profile, GT 1030, but for 1030 you will need to use active converter from DVI to VGA, 1030 will be best GPU for you.

Your CPU is too slow for any newer games unless they are very on the requirements. Only games that will run well on the system are those from the era of the CPU.

He could upgrade to the Q series, best is Q9650 or xeon variant. GPU would be usable in new system, since 1030 is now like 60€-70€?
