Good, we know your chipset but what is your CPU ? The question should be: which graphics card will be supported by my CPU ? For the board, if you have a PCI-E slot, you will be fine with any cards.

What is the power supply you have for your computer?
If you need a GPU you need proper powersupply, you cannot run any cards like the above person mentioned.
