Which graphic card is better for gaming

Hello, I need a new graphic card.. for some reason my get horrible fps on my car..
It is a radeon HD 256bit 700mhz core with 512memory and 1312 effective clock.

Your cpu is little weak.hd 7750 suits well to your pc.it is under $99.

I would try and get a CPU upgrade too, quad core, preferably intel.
