Which graphic card R270x or GTX 960

I am planning to buy Sapphire R270x or Zotac GTX 960 2GB RAM. I am confused here because most of the games are optimized for nVidia and most of the graphic cards are cheaper then nVidia like AMD. Please suggest me for my pc config written as below:

1. AMD FX6300
2. Gigabyte 78LMT USB3
3. 8GB RAM
4. Corsair 550 VS
5. deepcool tesseract bf

I want to play games in high/ultra settings and i don't want to be OC.

Thanks i understood now but there is one more problem. I have seen two competitors Asus and Zotac, which one should i go with ?

I'm going to highly recommend the Zotac over an Asus GPU.

According to the hundreds of benchmarks i've read over the past year Asus GPU's usually have a lower overclocking headroom and it simply performs worse than it's competitors.

Zotac is an excellent brand with great performance and decent customer service.
