Which graphic card should I buy??

My pc specs are-
Windows 7 32bit
Intel Core 2 (Quad core) processor 2.5Ghz
2GB Ram(ready to buy 2GB extra)
Screen Resolution 1600X900
Power Supply 250W

I want to play games like GTA 4...mid settings will do..
Can someone recommend a graphic card?? My budget is 4000INR...

a second hand radeon 5750 or a Nvidia 550 TI would be nice but honestly for 4000inr you wont get much.
You might get lucky second hand though, but im guessing those are not abundent in your country.


Correction...im not sure if you can run anything at all with that PSU...250 watt is so low...one of the lowest i have seen in my carreer.
