Which Graphic card should i get?

Hi my computer is a http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1014767-REG/asus_m51bc_us005s_fx_4300_8gb_1tb_7200_amd_hd8350_windows_8.html . i upgraded the power supply to a Corsair Cx 500 http://www.corsair.com/us/builder-series-cx500.html . i want to know if a Xfx 7870 (a friend is selling me one) would be compatible with my computer. If not what other graphics card should i get. My budget is max 150$
