I Have The Following Hardware:
Motherboard =MSI H97 Gaming 3
CPU =I7-4790(Non K)
Ram =1 x 8GB Corsair 1600 Mhz DDR 3
PSU =Corsair CS750M
Resolution =1440 x 900

Should I Add Another 1 x 8GB Corsair 1600 Mhz DDR 3?
And
Which Should I Pick GTX 1060, GTX 1660 Ti, or RTX 2060
Which Doesn't Bottleneck too

Yes I'm Planning To Upgrade The Monitor To That Exact Resolution (2560x1080P)Which Will I Need To Pick Then?
Any of those GPU's would suffice but personally I'd go for either the 1660 Ti (New-1070 performance) or RTX 2060 (New-Ray Tracing). Either GPU will easily handle games on Ultra at that resolution.

I'm Gaming At -> 1440x900 Resolution
Ok well pretty much any of those cards are going to be a bit overkill for that resolution. I'd go 1060 6gb if it's significantly cheaper (at least $50 cheaper) then the other two, RTX 2060 if you want to use Ray Tracing or the 1660 Ti if the price is similar to the 1060 6gb as it performs near 1070 performance. I'd highly recommend a monitor upgrade next, 2560x1080P or 1080P for the 1060 6gb/1440P for either 1660 Ti or RTX 2060.

Hi If you want to play all games at 4k then go for RTX2060 its a best what i see and if you want budget GPU then 1060 6 gb ,(you can not play all games at 4k)then mid-budget will be 1080 8gb 12 gb (4k recommended) they are good for now days.

Pick the Graphics card you can afford to pay for. Not really hard, since every card you mentioned goes from one price to the next - you pay for what you get. No magic bullet here. 1660ti minimum - check out the reviews on Guru3d.com very good comparisons with all the cards you mentioned.

Also depends on what games and what fps you expect. Some people could do it on a 1060. I've done 4k gaming on worse cards. Not everybody wants to be a twitchy ass 1st person shoot master.
