which graphic card should i use to play aion in ultra settings

hi i am using amd phenom x2 560
motherboard biostar a960g+
ram 4 gb ddr3 1600 mhz corsair vengence
which graphic card from these below should i purchase to play aion in ultra settings in 1600x900 resolution of monitor
gtx 760 or amd r9 270x 4gb

i have is 260$ to spend for the gpu do you think getting amd fx 4100 cpu and a r7 260x will be viable for playing aion in max graphic settings with every extra effects turned on

get the fx cpu and a gtx 750 ti/ r7 260x it should be enough for that game at all settings
