Which graphic card to buy? Nvidia GTX 1070?

I am looking to upgrade my graphic card from an nvidia geforce gtx 660, but dont know which graphic card would be worth it (price/performance).
All the models I saw of the nvidia 1070 says OC, that means they already came overclocked?

For the current games in the market does a 450USD graphic card worth it?

I have an Intel I7-7700K, and a MSI Z270 Gaming G3 motherboard.

Open to any suggestions

The 1070 is a great fit for your specs and worth the $$$ , that OC is the way it comes out of the factory , therefore called factory OVERCLOCKED. Already overclocked some for the buyer.

Why are there somo many models of the 1070 gtx? is there any real difference between them? or is just the difference in styles?
