Which graphic card to buy???

I want to buy a graphic card but I am very confused which one to buy. My budget is Rs.10,000 which is equivalent to $150. CPU- AMD FX 6300, RAM- 8gb 1866mhz, Motherboard- Gigabyte 78lmt usb3 and i don't know how much watts my power supply is because it's not written anywhere I checked.

Go For RADEON Graphic Card, its best combo with AMD CPU. But it doesnt matter if you choose to get GeForce Graphics Card and get a 700W PSU or 500W.

it was with the case and mostly psu that are with case are 450 watt right then go according to that

Yes yours must be 450 watt. But its just an approximate value as it is not a gaming psu. Also these kind of psu tends to loose its capability as time proceeds and it might not deliver 450 watt by now.

While I wouldn't normally advice using a cheap case supplied PSU ,buying a new one (even a cheap antec or corsair vs) will put any GPU out of budget for you.

For 10000rs your looking at the zotac 750ti, its the only half decent card at that price, & the only one I'd consider running on a generic PSU.
