which graphics card is best for asrock g41m r2.0

hi i have recently purchased asrock g41mv3 r2.0 since it says on product specifications ddr3 so can i put graphics card like ATI HD 6990 DDR5 .... socket type is LGA775. please help and suggest me which graphics is suitable for this motherboard in order to play recent PC games and if i use the hdmi port of one of the graphics card do I still need my onboard audio as its not working

You can put any card regardless of what (G)DDR ram is on it since it is totally separate from system memory. Your CPU is not very strong and I would not keep up with a very powerful card so I say HD7750/70 which has onboard audio and can broadcast over HDMI.

Yes on lowered resolution and in game settings.
